Customer Returns:
Product Quality issues:
In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to the customer, it must be communicated to Pili Strore within 7 days upon the delivery of the product

Broken products received:
In the case of fragile products issues have to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. In order to raise a replacement request, send us pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.

Cancellations:
Cancellations by the customer : Customers can easily cancel the order within 24 hours once the order is placed. We shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount within 5–7 working days.
If the customer cancels the product after 24 hours, once the order is placed and we have shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy
We print and pack your orders on demand within 3 to 4 business days at regular times. Additionally, our shipping partners take 2 to 5 days to deliver the orders based on the location of the customer. Therefore, your total turnaround time for your orders would range from 5 to 9 days

Refund Policy
The entire amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days if the customer cancels the order within 24hrs.
